Everything you need to know before your consultation — from pricing and process to diamonds and delivery.
Custom engagement rings start at around $3,000 CAD depending on design complexity and diamond choice. Pre-designed rings can start lower. Every client receives a transparent quote before anything is committed — no surprises.
Yes. We require a deposit to begin the design process. The exact amount depends on the scope of the project and will be clearly outlined in your quote. The deposit is applied to the total ring price.
Quoted prices are guaranteed for 14 days. Diamond and gold prices fluctuate with the market — if you wait several months to proceed, the price may change. We'll always notify you before any price adjustment.
Absolutely. You simply pay the difference in diamond value plus any setting adjustments required. For example, if your original diamond cost $2,000 and the upgrade costs $5,000, you pay the $3,000 difference.
Most custom rings are completed in 2–3 weeks from the moment you approve the final design. Simpler designs take about 2 weeks; more complex designs take closer to 3 weeks. Rush orders may be possible — contact us early.
Not at all. Many of our clients start from scratch. We'll guide you through style preferences, diamond options, and budget considerations. All you need to bring is an open mind and some excitement.
Of course. Some couples design together; others keep it a surprise. Both approaches work perfectly with our process.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin. They are graded and certified using exactly the same standards.
Not with the naked eye. Even gemologists using standard equipment cannot tell them apart without specialized instruments. Only advanced lab testing can distinguish them — and the difference is purely origin, not quality.
Yes. Every diamond we work with comes with a certificate from GIA or IGI. We also conduct our own inspection to verify the grade is accurate before we purchase the stone.
We work with all diamond shapes — round brilliant, oval, emerald, cushion, princess, pear, marquise, radiant, asscher, and more. We can also source fancy coloured diamonds on request.
Yes. Every ring comes with a lifetime warranty, provided you bring it in for an annual inspection. This protects you against manufacturing defects and ensures the setting and prongs are checked regularly. Your warranty card is provided at pickup.
If you've kept up with annual inspections and the stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect, it's covered. Our annual inspection is specifically designed to catch any prong wear before a stone is at risk of loosening.
Yes. We resize and repair rings we've made. We also evaluate repair requests for rings made elsewhere — contact us for details.
